Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to today's post! I am excited to share today's project. This was such a fun card to put together because the stamp and die-cut set is so sweet and cute.

Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to today's post! I'm so glad you've joined me for today's slimline project. The layout for today's card was inspired by the Stampin' Pretty Sketchbook #47...you can check out that inspiration here. I love when a project comes together.
And here is today's project...
It has been quite some time since I have created a slim line card, but this sketch just stood out to me and I thought it would be fun to use it to feature those lovely seashells.
How do you make it?
The balmy blue card base is cut to a 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" slim line card. The card base is layered with Sahara Sand and a beach scene sheet of "By the Bay" DSP. Before layering the DSP, add some texture to the Sahara Sand by stamping the wood grain stamp ("On the Horizon" stamp set) in Versamark Ink. Add some birds to the beach scene in Tuxedo Black ("On the Horizon" stamp set). Using the smallest square die-cut ("Stitched Shapes"), cut three seashells from the "By the Bay" DSP and adhere to the top using mini-dimensionals. Stamp your favorite sentiment and use the "Happy Labels" punch to create the scalloped edges. Finish it off with a linen twine bow. Don't forget the inside! Check out some close-ups below.
Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to today's post! As promised, this week's project is a second card inspired by Stampin' Up!'s "Saying Thanks" kit. Last week's project featured lots of colorful stamping, but this week was all about the punches! I dug deep into my supplies and pulled out the butterfly duet punch for this colorful card.

Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to today's post! Today's project was inspired by the new Stampin' Up! kit "Saying Thanks". The kit is available now and features bright and lovely colors! While I love me a good card kit, I also love saying "Hey! I got this!" and pulling out all sorts of stamps, ink and paper to put my own twist on a lovely card.
